Job description
Absolute Elder Care is a geriatric focused Mobile Physician Group, specializing in providing Primary Care Services to patients in Senior Living Communities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Private Residences across North Central Florida.
Seeking a physician to provide in-person visits to geriatric patients in the skilled nursing setting in Lake County and The Villages area.
Position Summary
- Provide oversight and collaborative support to Advanced Practice Providers
- Work closely with support staff to ensure patient needs are met in a professional and timely manner to reduce hospitalization and improve quality of life
- Review Home Health and Hospice Care Plans and collaborate with other providers involved in the patient's care to ensure needs are met
- Participate in virtual weekly provider meetings (via TEAMS)
- Meet Company's Performance Standards for Medicare's Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS)
- Complete documentation and billing of progress notes for all patient encounters in EMR (E Clinical Works) in accordance with practice and regulatory requirements
- Comply with Home Health Regulations and Guidelines established by Medicare and Company Policy

Compensation: $180,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
