This position is ideal for an NP who enjoys variety, values autonomy, and thrives in both structured clinic environments and one‑on‑one home visits with geriatric patients.

This full‑time role includes:
3 days/week in our Interventional Pain Management Clinics (Ocala & The Villages)
2 days/week providing home visits to patients in Ocala
$110,000 annual salary + incentive plan

Pain Management Responsibilities (3 days/week)

  • Perform comprehensive pain evaluations and focused physical exams
  • Develop individualized, evidence‑based pain management treatment plans
  • Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, per state and federal guidelines
  • Perform or assist with in‑office procedures such as trigger‑point and joint injections 
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and conduct required risk screenings (PDMP checks, UDS)
Other duties include: ordering and reviewing diagnostics, collaborating with the care team, educating patients, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation.

Home Visit Responsibilities (2 days/week – Ocala)

  • Deliver primary care services to geriatric patients in their private residences
  • Partner with a dedicated Medical Assistant for coordinated patient care
  • Document visits in eClinical Works
  • Participate in weekly provider meetings and the on‑call rotation
  • Conduct telehealth visits as needed
Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of Pain Management experience required
  • Geriatric experience preferred for Home Visit component
  • MSN or DNP; active, unencumbered Florida NP license
  • Active DEA registration with controlled substance authority
  • Experience in mobile care or primary care preferred
  • eClinical Works experience preferred
  • Strong communication, assessment, and clinical decision‑making skills
  • Experience with trigger‑point or joint injections preferred (not required)
