Job Summary
Absolute Elder Care is a geriatric focused Mobile Physician Group providing Primary Care Services to patients in Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Private Residences across North Central and Central Florida.
We are seeking a dependable and motivated In‑House Medical Assistant for our Ocala, Florida office to support our operations in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. The Medical Assistant will work closely with healthcare providers and staff to ensure efficient workflows and a high standard of patient care

Qualifications
- · High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
- · Experience navigating in Electronic Health Records. Familiarity of eClinical Works a plus
- · Basic understanding of the health insurance authorization process
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office products; Excel, Word, TEAMS
- · Experience in a healthcare facility, clinical experience, or clinical education is a must
- · Completion of a medical assistant program or equivalent preferred but not required
- · Experience as a medical office assistant or CNA/equivalent preferred but not required
- · Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- · Must have reliable transportation

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

We utilize home health care to monitor any nursing, rehabilitation or speech therapeutic needs you may require in your place of residences.
We are fully dedicated to serving our patients needs in the comfort of their homes and communities, decreasing the frequency of off-site visits. This allows us to fully commit to our residents and families and offer a deeper insight into the specialized care that is needed when caring for patients that have Alzheimer’s as well as various other types of dementia and memory care conditions.
